Onsite AED Delivers Life Saving Shock to Heart Attack Victim

An Onsite AED or automated external defibrillator is a life-saving device that delivers doses of electric shock to a victim of SCA. During cardiac arrest, the heart beats erratically and causes the blood to cease circulating. When Philips onsite AED is placed on the victim’s chest, it analyzes the condition of the heart, normalizes its rhythm, and thus revives the patient.
